Among some of the key changes proposed in the proposed 20th Amendment to the Constitution is that there will be no limit to the number of members in the Cabinet or Deputy ministers.

The limit on the number of Cabinet ministers that was fixed at 30 in the 19th Amendment has been removed in the new piece of legislation.

Also, the limit of 40 deputy and state ministers has also been removed in the 20th Amendment.

Dual citizens can also represent parliament once the proposed new legislation is enacted.
